Manually Add Channels to voLANte Viewer

To manually add channels to voLANte Viewer:
Channels are stored in a file called vv_channel.ini.

On windows 7 this file is located here:
C:\Users\All Users\SVSi\voLANte

Windows XP the file is located here:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\SVSi\voLANte

The file is a simple text file listing the details of the voLANte transmitters available for viewing within viewer.  The format is Name of transmitter, MAC address of transmitter, IP address of transmitter, and destination multicast address (defaults to 239.255.37.X where X is the stream number of the transmitter) separated by commas.  An example file with 3 transmitters named MP1, MP2, and MP3 with stream numbers of 196, 114 and 84 is shown below: ( Note this information can be obtained from the properties of the transmitter in Conductor NetLite)

Do not add any additional comments in this file.

TIP: Make this file READ ONLY to prevent users from changing it with a discover new sources.  (Note that if the user attempts to discover new sources and alters the list of available transmitters within viewer the user must restart voLANte Viewer to restore the READ ONLY file with approved channels.
